Photo Op

Yesterday I was asked if I was interested in having a photo exhibition this month at the Fallbrook Art Center. Flattered, I accepted. It will run concurrently with their thirteenth annual Galaxy of Glass Show and be shown in the two ancillary galleries, the Loo and the Salon. (Once you have been relegated to the shitter, there is only one direction you can go, right?)

Kind of last minute but I am cobbling some stuff together. I don't want to break into the imagery I am working on for my November show at Pinnell Gallery. Some of the stuff will be familiar to blog readers. The show will feature my work and the work of my good friend and ace digital photographer Louis Nidorf. We will try to come up with a title today. Tentatively titled Work of Sommers and Nidorf. Sounds like a seventies soft rock duo. So I am in a mad matting and framing rush. Hope to see you at the opening.
