New Camera

I have just started to take a few shots with the new camera. I have a lot to learn about its many features. I still have Doug's 80-400mm 1:4.5 lens and had hoped to get some bird shots yesterday eve and this morning but my flying friends weren't really cooperating. These lovely ladies were sweet enough to stand in. Not really the right lens for portraiture but then again, with subjects this stunning, how could I go wrong?

Think I will really enjoy the new Nikon D-7000.

Please don't go (further) over to the dark side. LOL.
I don't want to find your photographic material behind the black "adults only" curtain in the back of a store.
