When I got some Leica equipment I went through the "lens thing" which consists of greed and lust combined with the expenditure of vast sums of money. Finally I "got religion" and "took the pledge" to live forever with three focal lengths only deciding that the pictures I could not take with my lenses had been given "by God/ddess" to others to take.
I must now sincerely apologize for it seems that my foregoing of the "lens thing" has caused you to be afflicted by it. I shall do deep penance for causing this by eating only gluten free bread for the rest of my (assuredly short) life. I am also crawling up Red Mountain on my knees. If you like you can bring your new lens to take pictures. The spectacle begins in one half hour.
