I got an email from Robin Adler today. Her Mutts of the planet band is playing the Hejira album in Oceanside for the album's fiftieth anniversary. This is a great band with top notch performers. I have seen the performance before and really recommend it.
The address is a little hard to read here (perhaps I am color blind) but I believe that it reads 2664 Vista Pacific Dr. in Oceanside. I have never been to SEAS but you may have.
I am getting knee surgery the day before the concert and will not be able to make it but suggest that you do. These are all first class players, playing what might be Joni's best album, it should be great!

That's too bad. I think you would need at least 12 to do it properly. Maybe someone will double up?
