My friend's Jeff and Gina split their time between Bonsall and Alaska. They live in Fairbanks but had or have an inholding in Denali and cabins in a couple other places.
They are the nicest couple you could ever meet. Gina is a master cook and baker and Jeff is a very hardworking and competent contractor.
He is building a new structure there and was putting the trusses on, with his grandson Brodie and a friend.
It was a three hundred mile round trip commute and he does it three times a week and works twelve hour days.
And he is older than I am.
Amazing guy, proud to know him.
Alaska is on my bucket list. One day...
