Passover greetings in the time of plague

I sent this message out to my Jewish friends and I copy it here for the rest of you and the lurkers. A happy holiday to all, no matter what your persuasion, if any.

sometimes parting the red sea is only half the problem...
Tomorrow evening we the Jewish people celebrate the Passover of the year 5780.

We have made it this far, hopefully we can get through the current turmoil without too much loss and suffering.

But let's face it, nobody does suffering like we do.

I wish you all the best. I am not saying that you should slay a lamb and put blood on your door, because let's face it, how many of us have a spare lamb hanging around? But if you got one it couldn't hurt.

We made it through the times of the pharaoh, nebuchadnezzar, pope gregory IX and adolf, we can make it through this schmuck.

Much love,

Robert and Leslie Sommers
